SHIPPING
Ground Shipping- All residential and commercial deliveries within the Continental US are sent via FedEx Ground. Other shipping options (including USPS, and freight) are available upon request, but can be subject to higher charges. Please speak with a customer service representative for details.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are sent via Fed Ex or USPS Priority Mail. Fed Ex is preferred to Hawaii and is the least expensive option. If you enter a PO Box for your shipping address orders will be sent USPS and can be subject to additional charges. To avoid this please provide a physical shipping address.
Orders to Alaska are more often sent USPS Priority. If you only want it sent Fed Ex, please let your CSR know. Please feel free to consult with your customer service representative for additional information. Shipping time to Hawaii and Alaska is approximately 3-4 business days.
International Shipping
Documounts currently only services the United States and Canada at this time, however, you cannot currently place an order online if you are shipping or billing to Canada. Canada customers will need to call, fax or email to place an order.
In some cases we ship FedEx international rate to other regions. For clarification on if your region is available for international services please contact us at talk2us@documounts.com . International service orders may require certain volume commitments to be met.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping (2nd or 3rd day air) is available upon request. For all expedited shipments there is a $5 per box fee for shipping and handling in addition to actual shipping costs. As a rule, shipping costs for orders sent 2nd or 3rd day air are typically at least twice the cost of ground.
You cannot choose expedited shipping on the website. Please call or email Customer Service to arrange expedited shipping.
Choosing a Production Rush option in check-out is not the same as expedited shipping. Production Rushes only speed up the shop time of your order.

* There is a $50 minimum order (not including shipping charges). Orders less than $50 are subject to a $10 Small Order Handling Fee.
**Large orders of 4UB and BK222MB products may be shipped to HI/AK at actual cost. For reference, most shipments of this nature average 55-60% of material cost.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to risk of damage, Documounts does not ship acrylic over 28 x 36 and we do not ship any boards over 32 x 40. Assembled frames can only be shipped in size 20 x 24 or smaller.
