- We give you exactly the opening you ask for. Make sure to order for the window size you want.
- Just want the standard size dimensions? A standard size opening chart is available here.
- We offer double and triple mats. You will choose how many layers you want in the matboard builder. A double mat equals double the price.
- The standard setback for a double or triple mat is 1/4". This is the setback you will receive unless you choose a different one in the matboard builder.
- All mats are centered unless you request different. If you want your mat weighted or off center, click weighted window when you are in the matboard builder. Remember to make sure the dimesions are entered in the right order.
- Matboard prices are for a mat with a window only (If you want a mat with no window, click blank matboard, price decreased by 20%). They do not come with backing board. There are a number of choices of backing that you can get. You can find out more about that here.
- We can do v-grooves in mats for 2.00 each per mat.
- We offer reverse bevels for mats for 1.50 per layer. Make sure to mark the correct layer that you want the reverse bevel on.
- Please note: The appearance of color can vary depending on your monitor. To get a better idea of colors please request a catalog or order a specifier from the samples section of out website (under supplies). You can also call Customer Service if you have any specific questions.
- The largest matboard we can ship is 32 x 40. If you are looking for larger and can pick the board up in Portland, Oregon, please call customer service.
- If your matboard measures larger than 54 united inches (32 x 40) it is is subject to a 5.00 per box oversize fee. You can read more about this in shipping information.
