The first choice you need to make is what quality board to use. | |
Do you want Archival Mats? Archival means that it will permanently protect your artwork. This is good for anything of value, original artwork, limited editions. |  |
Do you want pH Neutral Standard Mats? This is what most people think of as Acid Free. This quality matboard will temporarily protect your artwork. Eventually the protection will wear off. This is good for most prints and photos. |  |
Do you want Economy Mats? These mats have minimal protection and are best for high volume prints and presentations. |  |
