Bainbridge Alphamats-crisp white bevel with colored surface paper. Some available with black core, 6 and 4 ply thicknesses. Archival, slows art and paper degradation, neutralizes acid by-products. Fade and bleed resistant. Originals, limited editions, photographs, rare or antique documents. Any item requiring permanent presentation. Bainbridge archival foam core, Bainbridge archival mountboard.
Bainbridge & Crescent Paper Mats-off white bevel with decorative surface paper. Some available in black and bright white core. Available in 4 ply only. Not archival. Core is buffered to a pH neutral state. Lignin will eventually break down and may cause acid burn which causes yellow and brown stains on mat and art. Open edition reproductions, posters, decorative framing and general presentation. Bainbridge standard foam core, 2UB, 4UB, adhesive mountboard, adhesive foam core.
Canterbury Paper Mats-off white bevel with decorative surface paper. Available in 4 ply only. Not archival. Surface paper is buffered to a pH neutral state. The core material is not treated and remains acidic by nature. Open edition reproductions, posters, decorative framing and general presentation. Bainbridge standard foam core, 2UB, 4UB, adhesive mountboard, adhesive foam core.
