Shipping Information

SHIPPING

Ground Shipping- All residential and commercial deliveries within the Continental US are sent via FedEx Ground. Other shipping options (including UPS, USPS, and freight) are available upon request with the applicable customer shipping account number. Please speak with a customer service representative for details.

Standard orders require 5-7 business days for processing prior to shipment. See below for approximate shipping time from our Oregon facility.

    * Rockies & Plains - 3 business days
    * Midwest & Great Lakes - 4 business days
    * Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, & Northeast - 5 business days

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are sent via Fed Ex or USPS Priority Mail. Please feel free to consult with your customer service representative for additional information. Shipping time to Hawaii and Alaska is approximately 3-4 business days.

International Shipping

Documounts currently only services the United States and Canada at this time, in some cases we ship FedEx international rate to other regions. For clarification on if your region is available for international services please contact us at  talk2us@documounts.com . International service orders may require certain volume commitments to be meet. 


Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping (2nd or 3rd day air) is available upon request. For all expedited shipments there is a $5 per box fee for shipping and handling in addition to actual shipping costs. As a rule, shipping costs for orders sent 2nd or 3rd day air are typically at least twice the cost of ground.

* There is a $50 minimum order (not including shipping charges). Orders less than $50 are subject to a $10 Small Order Handling Fee.

**4UB and 2UB products are shipped to HI/AK at actual cost. For reference, most shipments of this nature average 55-60% of material cost.


OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Documounts does not guarantee shipment for oversized items due to above average risk for damage. This includes full sheet matboard, mountboard and plexiglass exceeding 54 united inches (24 x 30) in size. Oversized items damaged in shipping will receive a full refund but will not be replaced. All oversize packages are subject to a $5.00 per box fee.

Due to risk of damage, Documounts does not ship Plexiglass over 28 x 36 and we do not ship any boards over 32 x 40. Assembled frames can only be shipped in size 20 x 24 or smaller.

32 x 40 matboards that are being shipped east of the Rockies are subject to a additional shipping fee to cover ship costs. Please speak to a customer service rep to learn more.
